Good selection of diamond jewelry and probably best selection of real hip hop jewelry and mens diamond jewelry. More than reasonable prices and a knowledgeable and very accommodating crew. The diamond white gold earrings I purchased were a perfect addition to my necklace and ring and a cross I purchased for a present was also really appreciated.

From all of the jewelers I've been to, they are the very best in terms of customer service and merchandise quality. Their prices can't beat high end, unique items. The salesman there helped me search for nearly an hour for the perfect diamond bands to go with the engagement ring for me to propose to my now fiancée and soon to be wife. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service! Everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Al for answering all my questions patiently, and providing superior customer service. I was nervous about getting my pendant customized and waiting 2 weeks for it, but I'm glad I selected this store to do it at. I can't praise them enough for their work.

Oksana did a great job giving us some great chain options within our budget. She excelled at explaining all the details about diamond chains. We did our research before and visited other retailers, but still learned a few things and saw designs we did not see anywhere else. We were delighted with our experience. Thank you so much, keep up the great work!

We come here for all our jewelry needs, from rings, earrings, bracelets, to watches. The service is fantastic, amicable and they always get us what we are looking for, either they have it in stock or can custom make it for us if we don’t find exactly what we wanted. Would absolutely recommend these jewelers to anybody looking for high end jewelry pieces.

i ordered a Gucci watch for 4000+$. It came it only had one hand. And it didn't move! I took it in and the shop said " this is fake as caca". I had an investigation by my card company. they decided that I needed to pay for it since I ordered it. no duh I ordered it but I didn't order a fake. Thanks apple

First of all we only sell authentic watches, Gucci watches are pretty inexpensive, so to put real diamonds on a fake watch would not only be illegal but a pretty dumb business decision. Second: we do not have a customer named Kelly Fisher. Third: we have 30 days 100% money back policy, if you received an item you do not like for ANY reason you can return it for a full refund, so it makes no sense if the reviewer received a broken watch to keep it and not contact us right away. Fourth: all our items come with a 1 year warranty, so even if something happened with the watch after 30 days we would have taken care of it at no charge. So if this is a real customer please contact us and we will definitely assist you, although the review does not seem to be true for the above reasons: if the watch came broken, there was absolutely no reason to keep it or contact card company to do any investigation, a real customer would actually contact us and we would provided instructions on how to return the item.

I had multiple exceptional experiences here. Bought my Cuban link gold chain here at first, then a nice pendant, brought my sister-in-law here. Top-quality service and cannot-be-beat prices, really affordable, exquisite jewelry. Will definitely be back for more purchases, already put a ring on layaway.

I've worked with Mark on a few jewelry purchases now, and he's always gone above and beyond to help me out. He's accommodating and incredibly helpful. He will also give you an honest opinion based on his expertise, even if it steers you away from a higher-cost item. They definitely understand the value in developing great relationships with customers to earn repeat business.
