Haven’t received this order yet.

My order still hasn't shipped

I haven't received the product yet. I got a notice that it was delivered but I did not receive it and when I contacted you, you said it hasn't been shipped yet. What am I supposed to believe? I am sure the product is good but how am I supposed to know?

Ordered the product 9 days ago. No update and no delivery. Tracking number does not give any info.

Failed to update their website that holidays would be causing major delays on deliveries. Once they blew past the estimated delivery date I shot an email to cancel. They did not cancel or respond. Instead, they shipped the item a few days later. Now I have to deal with returns.....

Terrible I ordered my item 8 days ago and it did not even leave there warehouse

I called on Monday, October 13 asking about my order which was supposed to arrive on October 9th (I paid for fast shipping!). I was told that it was delayed and I asked for it to be cancelled. However, it arrived on October 14th. I called several times and emailed about cancellation but no one responds. I think the service is not good and I am now stuck with the product I don’t need!
