My order was put on 5/28/2025, and Dekush charged my AMEX card the same day. However, 13 days passed USPS tracking system still shows waiting for vendor to send them shipping package. During this long waiting days, I sent Delish two email on 6/3 and 6/6 asked if they can help to check why they still not send my package to carrier(USPS). No response until 6/10 I received Delish's email and asked me to call them. Finally , I called Delish and a presentative lady said that it might be some one misplaced my order and offered an option to refund my money. They refund my money then same day. For this reason, I give Delish a two star instead of one.

They took the payment, gave me a usps tracking number, cancelled the usps order. I called, they said it was taken to the po and gave me a new tracking number. After a week, post office said "waiting on package from vendor". Called again. Was told they only scan packages after 3pm so check it again. Called delish again when I got the same message. No response to my voice mail. Decided to try the original tracking number with UPS and it's on its way. So I had to wait 2 weeks to figure out their issues. Still don't have my items but they have my money. 2 stars was a gift to them.

This is the third time that I received the wrong items, not even close to what I ordered. This time I received chocolate covered black licorice bits, (12oz.) when I ordered 1lb of Sugar Free Chocolate Covered Cashews. I am hypoglycemic so I can't have sugar at that level. The person who answered the phone seemed disengaged lacking communication skills. I usually have just ordered 1 or 2 items at a time, so picking out 1 or 2 of them is not rocket science. I asked if the person who filled the order had their name on the packing slip to hold someone accountable. He said no, only the manager, which leaves no pathway for correction. I had to make 2 phone calls to get a response, I hope they will send me what I ordered. I understand mistakes can be made, but for spending over 55 years making a living in sales and keeping my customers happy, I really am not sure how you stay in business. Too much wasted time for 1lb of chocolate cashews.

I received the wrong product. I sent a picture of what I received and was told it was the correct product. There is a distinct difference between a ‘dark’ chocolate product and one which is not ‘dark’. My dietary restriction says otherwise, but apparently it is of no concern to theses people, so I will take any further business elsewhere, and pass on my experience with others as I see fit.

The popcorn Is very good this time. Last time both pounds were bad. This time I mixed up the billing address and the shipping address. So delivery was delayed. after I emailed customer service they delivered fast.

Can't tell the Dark Chocolate Espresso Beans from the Milk Chocolate Beans. Also there are few White Chocolate bean in the 3 pound mix. I would expect 1 pound of each.

The products came in packaging that didn’t appear fresh. The dark chocolate covered blueberries were not the best I’ve had and the dried fruit were largely colorless with too much sugar. And when I emailed the company, I received a lackluster response from someone who didn’t seem to care. I will never order from It’s Delish again.
