I would never place an order with this company. I tried to cancel my order after they did not ship it when promised. They refused to cancel the order. The employee and the owner spoke over the top of me on the phone and we’re both quite rude. Do not support this business.

I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER FROM MARCH AND NEVER GOT A REFUND , WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER . DON'T ORDR FROM THEM.

I still haven't received my order. Very disturbing since I need them for a babyshower on the 21st

Similar to some others. Canned messages. No answer to specific questions. Abysmal customer service. Inaccurate to non-existent tracking information. Not received yet. According to existing tracking, it hasnt moved in a WEEK. Ordered through walmart.com NINE days ago. I'll be back to review quality ( italian seasoning, celery leaf flakes).....IF, I ever receive it..........

it could have been rectified by a 3 minute phone call. The problem, I believe, was that your Shipping selection in your program was defaulting to the Buyer address and not recognizing the shipping address. If I knew what you were doing to correct it, I would not have paid UPS $31.92 to send what you sent to me back. More uncertainty caused by your system of not wanting to speak to your customers.

I still have not received my order and have no information about when to expect it. The product itself is great. That’s why we ordered more
