BUGS in their food products!! It's disgusting 2 times in a row this year I received their products with live bugs crawling in them. The FDA should shut them down. What a disgrace of a business to be running in America!!

Ordered a bulk bag of cornstarch through Walmart marketplace. The package arrived empty. Couldn't reach the company directly, they didn't answer the phone. I was on the phone with Walmart customer service 2x. They couldn't reach them either. Day 3 they canceled the order. Will definitely never order here again.

Horrible! I got Boston Baked Beans and they were disgusting! Tried to return them for a refund and they flat out refused. Unprofessional and poor business practices. Would not recommend AT ALL.

No accountability. No product. No refund. Customer made to be wrong.

I ordered 3 5lb vegetable soups from Its Delish and they sent me 3 1lbs bags of dried carrots, though I was charged the full amount for the soups. Even though they asked if I preferred a refund or replacement, they are now claiming the ordered was cancelled, though they have provided the order number but claim they cannot provide the cancellation number. It wasn't until i specified a refund for the difference since they don't accept returns they claimed the order was cancelled, even though they've been corresponding on the fulfilled order number. I provided tracking information and a photo of what was delivered. I'm now being ignored.

I have had an order in since March 31st. I have been billed and the website indicates it is ready for pickup by fedex. When I contacted itsDelish customer service, I was told it would be shipped shortly. It has not, I’ve sent 3 emails and now they don’t answer their phone. Product is fine if you get it, beware.
