Sent wrong item. I ordered five pounds of corn nuts. I received five pounds of classic trail mix. You need quality control in your packing/shipping.

I ordered and paid for 10 lbs. of figs. You sent me 4 lbs. of figs. I notified you of the error and added all possible documentation of my order and shipment, even including photos of 4 one-lb packages and the shipping statement, confirming that you'd sent only four of the 10 pounds I ordered. A week later, I am still waiting, be it for the missing six pounds or reimbursement.

I didn't receive what I ordered. I ordered trail mix and received corn nuts I emailed you about the mix up and still haven't received the trail mix I ordered

They did not send me the items I had ordered. They kept on sending emails hoping I enjoyed their products Finally they responded specifically and said, "Well that is what we had" They continued to ignore my questions and never resolved the situation.

I ordered 5 1# packages of slivered almonds and received only one 1# package. After numerous emails and promises that my order would be completed, nothing happened. I will never order anything from you again.

My bag was ripped as was the FedEx delivery package. Could it be contaminated? I don’t know. I wrote to let you know and there was no replacement offered or refund. Pretty much good luck lady. So I can’t support this company. Date may not be exact but you can check your records.

Wrong product was shipped. When I wrote about it asking how to rectify it going forward I received an auto-response saying someone would get back to me. They never did. Customer service is non-existent. I have found another supplier.

I gave my friend the gift I ordered (white chocolate blueberries) without opening the cool pack. I discovered later that the order was yogurt-covered raisins, which she cannot eat! Very disappointed.
