It's DelishReviews of itsdelish.com

Poor quality Crystalized Ginger and Black Licorice pieces. Received open package of licorice scattered on bottom of box, licorice was dried out and box packed in far to small for 3 packages enclosed. Ginger was old, dried out and discolored. Customer service did not return calls. Never again!

I ordered on Amazon. The wrong item was shipped. They do not refund or allow exchanges. Horrible

I ordered two containers of pepper and i of cinnamon. I received the pepper but not the cinnamon. I really like your products, but now I can't be assured that I will receive my complete order if I try ordering again.

At the end of Oct I ordered 10 lbs of Sugar Free Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips. When the order arrived the first part of Nov we received Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1st ingredient was sugar. We called Delish and they sent a shipping label to return them. They sent the order a second time same thing Real Chocolate Chips. I called and cancelled my order and they sent another shipping label to return them. We received the refund for the product but never received a refund for the $14.90 shipping for a product we never received and for which I requested a refund. No I will not be ordering again!

My order arrived when it was scheduled. When I opened the apricots they smelled like they were beginning to ferment and they tasted terrible. I then opened the fruit and nuts mix and the nuts were very rancid. This was the second and last time I place an order.

I did not receive my order

I placed an order On September 4th , 2022. I am Still waiting 2 months later in Slater and 5 phone calls and 6 emails trying to get my order shipped. The sad part is I love their product it is amazing

The item was stale. I had a piece or two and stopped. I am unable to spend money on products with this lack of quality. I was hoping to have found a new quality vendor. Really disappointed. Money wasted.
