Ordered 15lbs of Jordan almonds for my wedding. Shell is too thick and I almost chipped a tooth taste testing them. Freshness seal was not on canister, but in the lid. Emailed to complain. Told me factory machine has been malfunctioning and it doesn't need a seal because it has a lid. Had an attitude and said they're supposed to be hard. WELL NOT THIS HARD!! Tried to make me feel stupid and disregard me with one sentence smart aleck responses. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

Delish now only shares recipes if you pay to subscribe. With the whole internet at our fingertips, I hardly need to pay for a recipe. They could have made money by selling ad space, but whatever. Within 30 minutes of signing up for an account (before I realized you must pay), I began receiving spam emails like crazy! So clearly they sell your information also!!! Stay away from Delish!!

Who would pay for recipes online when all other recipe companies provide recipes at no cost!!! Recipes aren't that good anyway. Get a grip

I never received my order FINALLY received my refund ..extremely bad I never got to try ur Boston beans ad they are our favorites and hard to gimd good ones.

I ordered 10lbs of chocolate covered covered coffee beans and the bag had bugs in it! I immediately threw it in the outside garbage and felt sick. This was my first order with this Company. I immediately called them and they wanted me to go get the beans out of the garbage and take a picture of them! EXCUSE me but number one, you send me candy and bugs mixed together. Then you want me to go in my outside trash! No thank you!!! Says a lot about your Company!

No delivery. No response to telephone. Ask for criticism?

I ordered 5 Nut Trays from Its Delish for 5 Christmas Gift Bags that I was giving out Dec.17 2022. 1 of the 5 Nut Trays had Mold in it. Each Tray shipped separately each having a white gel bag shipped with it. The gel bag inside had busted during shipment. When we opened it gel was all over the inside and Mold inside the Nut Tray. I contacted Its Delish by email they ask for pictures and I sent them of the Molded Tray. They ask if I wanted a Refund I said yes. Since then I have not heard from Its Delish nor received any Refund of any kind. I only ask Refund for the one Damaged Molded Tray. I contacted them several times by email and called, after getting No Response from them. Still Nothing!!! I will never order again from them!

This company should be closed. I hadn't eaten anything one day last week. I had ordered 5 lbs of their chocolate covered raisins. I ate a small hand full. 15 minutes later, got serious sweats, vomiting and diarrhea really bad. Had to take off 4 days of work. Didn't realize it was the raisins until about 26 hours of not eating, sitting on the thrown, I thought I'd eat a few chocolate covered raisins. I went threw the whole ordeal again. When I asked for a refund, sending their product back to them requesting they test the product and alert a potential food borne problem with the lot number, my response was no refund due to product being open. No concern whatsoever about my health concerns. They only have the highest quality and process of their products. Too bad I didn't see all their reviews before I bought their chocolate covered raisins!!! Avoid this company and product. I pray people with compromised immune systems didn't or will buy their product...
