Ordered chocolate covered coffee beans and was sent white yogurt covered raisins(price was much peer then coffee beans, charged for coffee beans. Sent photo of receipt and what came-receipt says chocolate covered coffee beans-obviously not what I ordered. Still no refund and I reordered coffee beans which came 2 weeks later. 4th time with them-1st time great,2nd got melted ball of coffee beans, got 50%refund-like what can you do with a glob of chocolate beans melted, then the above mentioned issues. DONE they have bad customer service.

After a week post placing my order, it never shipped. So I cancelled cancelled the order. I like to support small companies, but they also have to do their part and be transparent with customers regarding shipping delays/stocking issues/processing times. My first order had the same issue. I will never order from them again.

Purchased their vegetable mix and last week it arrived. The shipping box was is good condition. Upon opening the box the container holding the vegetable mix was sticky with a substance on the outside of the container. When I called to report this to Delish, as I am not comfortable using the product, I was met with a company rep who stated that they were sure it was fine, and I should just transfer their product to another container. If they insist its fine and didn't leave their factory that way, why do I need to transfer it to my own container? The container was stained with streaks of whatever this substance was. They would not take the product back or refund me and send me a label to return it as most HONEST AND REPUTABLE food industry companies who back their products would do. This was my first purchase from Delish and it is my last!

Take me off your email list and stop sending the spam emails or you will never get another order from me.

I bought Cumin 7 0z. It really has no resemblance to cumin. Waste of money. Too bad.

I ordered some product from them. An I never got it,so I contacted them about it and was told they would give me a refund. It been over a week and still haven't gotten my money back.

I ordered the Tuxedo almonds. Shipping was quick. I opened to try and they were awful. The candy shell was so hard and the almond when I finally got to it was mushy. I couldn't eat it. I decided to try another to be fair. It was exactly the the same experience. I believe they were outdated though the label was good through 26. I called customer service, the representative I spoke to told me they were sorry but could not help me. Once opened they have to be thrown away. Very disappointed with their customer care. They Should have had their item returned to check their quality if nothing else. I would not order anything ever again. I will be Eating this order as the money I spent is now Trrash. I won't buy from a company that does not stand behind their product.

My order was delivered to wrong address. Spoke with Amy and Matan several times. Matan said they did a claim with Fed Ex. It's been almost a month now. Never received my order or a refund. Spoke with Amy today 2/14/24. She said they will ship me another order. I will update this review after I receive the item.
