So far we love the piece we ordered! My fiancé and I had never tried a mini bong before? We are both kinda clumsy so the idea of having a pipe with a separate bowl was always kinds risky. But the design is definitely on point. We haven't broken or dropped the bowl yet! We saw this beautiful green and clear ribbed neck mini bong with a shower head type hit.... and we had to have it. The piece and accessories arrived in perfect condition! (My only complaint is that there are 3 scratches both inside and one on the outside of this piece. They do not effect the use of this pipe at all. Just cosmetic damage, that I only noticed because I'm a full time artist who paints crap and notices fine details.) It was a little disappointing for the first piece we ordered from them to have (minimal!) cosmetic mistakes, but I can't complain about the piece overall, it's beautiful and I would order again!

Legitimately best experience i had buying a peice. They had the pineapple perc rig by hemper in, it was my gfs favorite peice and she broke it a couple months ago, no joke tears in her eyes. Thank you guys for making someones life come together for once!

there was an issue with my order, and customer service was wonderful! quick and clear responses, and they replaced the damaged item. i would 100% recommend ordering here :)

Wow, wow ,wow ! was a little nervous to order because I had never ordered from this website before. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. The product came within a couple weeks which is incredible especially with the pandemic. I was constantly updated about where my package was and it arrived flawless in one piece. The piece looked EXACTLY how the picture did and my partner is obsessed. Thank you ! Thank you! Will be ordering again.

Not only do they have great products, but they have wonderful customer service. I did have an issue with a recent purchase. I contacted customer service and without question they sent a replacement out right away. I just got it in the mail and it's perfect.

This was the best / easiest purchase as far as buying decent glass online goes. Got my order in no time , came very nicely packaged and arrived faster than i could have imagined . Thanks !

My stuff came fast and is legit, very happy

Not only do they stock great quality products, It's 4:20 Somewhere Online Head Shop ships them fast and with the utmost care. I was pleasantly surprised to see how communicative and easily accessible they were throughout the shipping process. I received my bong in a secure and discreet package, and in no time at all! The bong is great, I love the design and all of its features. It has a fixed downstem that connects directly to the percolator and it also has 3 carb holes near the top! The smoke filtration is fantastic and each hit is cool and smoothly potent. I also got some cleaning plugs and caps and they work great as well; leak-proof, sturdy yet flexible enough to fit any bong. Overall, I was very pleased with my purchase. I'll definitely be a returning customer and I highly recommend to anyone due to their great products and even better customer service. 10/10
