Great products, great selection and great service and fast shipping.

Great purchase fast delivery, I'll definitely be making more purchases

What made my experience great is that even though my piece arrived broken Steve was quick to respond and replace my piece and send the replacement out the same day. The 2nd piece arrived with a chip on the mouthpiece I did a quick fix with some duck tape to make it more special and let him know and he honored it with a $20 gift card! Amazing customer service I give 10 ⭐'s

I was impressed by how quickly they responded to my inquiry and resolve my issue. Steve is awesome.

I didn't measure my downstem right so I got the wrong one but just like that, it's 420 somewhere sent out the correct one and told me to just keep the first one. Exceptional customer service; keep up the good work, guys!
