Hello, and thank you for the order and the review. Your order was placed on 11/12 and shipped the same day (11/12) according to the USPS tracking. It was delivered on 11/18. Usually USPS only takes a few days, but in this case it took a couple of days extra. Unfortunately we have no way of knowing why your delivery was delayed a couple of days by USPS. We just wanted to clarify that we did ship your order the same day that you placed it. Thank you again for your business, Steve

Hello, First, thank you for your order. I just double checked to see what the delay was. Your order was placed on a Sunday, USPS tracking shows the items was picked up and shipped the following business day (Monday). It did take a couple of extra days for USPS to deliver, and I apologize. Unfortunately USPS does not give any reason for delays other than it was shipped 3 days after Christmas and USPS was still backed up from the holiday rush. I wish there was more we could have done, but we did ship your order within 24 hours of placement as stated that we would. Regards, It's 4:20 Somewhere
