Speedy delivery and great customer support. I chose the wrong size piece and they were able to make the change before shipping. Saving me from a return process! Also package was received on time, items were carefully placed and protected with bubble wrap

You guys are awesome! Gave me a great deal on 100 glass downstems, no nonsense, it was easy to deal with you and place my order. Everything arrived in perfect condition. You have to understand, before I talked to 420 I've gotten the run-around from several other business, and wasted literally months of my time. Thanks 420!
