My package is always shipped very quickly and received quickly. The products are safe and secure and shipping is discrete. The company stands by their product. Once I receive something that had a small crack in the glass they had no problem replacing it for free and rather quickly. They have quality products too at reasonable prices.

Great timing. Packaging was discreet. Mulit use thanks to the added bowl and burner stems. Not too happy that the only sizes are waay too big but it works like i thought and am very happy. Will order again
