Tech support provides staff with varying degrees of proficiency. This is true for all tech support services across all businesses. That's to be expected. If I could clone "Harry" from ITRetail I would and share him with everyone who requires tech support during critical times of the workday. He was confidant, professional, kind and resolved our multiple issues. He removed the stress that we carried in to our call. So a big "Thank You" to Harry and I only wish he was on the other end of line every time we need tech support.
