Hello, Thanks for your review. Do you use our product on Andriod device or iPhone? Please try more servers to see if the internet speed is OK. It is normal that using a VPN on your Android or iOS device can consume more battery than without it. Any app running on your phone will impact battery consumption, especially apps that run continuously in the background. When you do not need a VPN, please exit the iTop VPN.
