The product performs very poorly. I’ve reached out to customer service several times in reference to returning order #258390 and have not received a response. Do not order from this company.

We hadden een korte stofzuiger besteld en de levertijd was al veel langer dan beloofd. Het duurde een maand voor die er was. Toen wilden we hem terug sturen. Maar we kregen alleen de aanbieding om 10 % korting te krijgen. Wij gaven aan dat dat voor ons geen optie was. Daar krijgen we geen enkele reactie meer op.. Echt een waardeloze webshop

I order a garden hose holder from iToolMax. It took well over a month for the product to arrive. I tried to call them, but there is no functional US phone number that an actual person answers. I filled out a contact us form on their website, they did not respond, I sent an email with very specifical details (using their user/shipment guide) about the missing parts. The kept asking for more detail, including pictures of the box, the contents, the shipping label, etc. When they didn't respond, I filed a complaint with the Credit Card vendor. They disputed the charge stating the product successfully arrived. They later stated that they had sent the missing part, and provided a tracking number that doesn't show it was ever delivered. I asked the CC vendor to re-submit the dispute.

Just don't buy from this company. I wish I would have done my research. They don't have a customer service number on their website and it's for a reason. It's because all they would be doing is talking to disgruntled customers who are being ripped off. They take forever to respond to emails and they won't offer you your money back. They will go round and round with you until you give up and dispute the charge with your bank. Please Please do not buy from this company even if it will save you money, IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

Flimsy pos. Do not buy this over rated plastic crap that shows wonderful results in their hundreds of adds. All BS. The motor is too heavy for the wheels to roll. Getting my money back, since they have a 30 day guarantee. When will quality come back ? Jeez.. I give up.

Bogs down a lot...not powerful at all. Good idea but fails miserably.

I ordered this tool and cut came with a strange plug so I had to order an adapter plug to charge the battery. I out the tool together and filled it with bar oil, the bar oil constantly drips out through the chain without using it. Don’t buy their junk.

This product is an expensive piece of recycling. Took a month to arrive and used it for 5min. And realized it was of no value. Poor construction, instructions were little to no help. Wheels don’t stay straight and the only thing keeping them from spinning with the blade, is the wire guard. Extremely disappointed and would like my money back. Only other thing that came close to my disappointment was clothing from China. Product is nothing like advertised.
