SCAM COMPANY!! BUYERS BEWARE! Did not receive my wood splitter. Emailed consecutive times, no helpful customer service. Online phone number doesn’t work. Disappointing.

We ordered a light and it arrived broken. Have requested a return three times and no response beyond the first one offering to sell us a bigger light. I suspect this company is dodgy, would not recommend.

IToolMax - This company fraudulently describes their products and their services I purchased two Wall Mounted Fireplace Kindling Splitters On their website they describe the splitter to come with a detachable handle and two options of a long and short handle. They describe on their web site “switch to the longer handle for more leverage and greater force”, the longer handle does not exist. When the splitters arrived I noted that the handle was welded on and only the single handle came with the product. I contacted IToolMax about the issue and they initially ignored my message. After repeated attempts they replied sending me a u-tube video showing the changes they made to the product that had no relevancy to my issue. They advertise a 30-day guarantee, receive a full refund, no hassle.. They offered me $20.00 of a $300 purchase If their fraudulent actions on what they advertise and what they actually supply exists with the kindling splitter I purchased I am sure it exists with other products. I recommend that you source an alternative supplier for any product and not do business with IToolMax

I purchase a Carplayer unit through a Facebook add that this company had. When I received the unit the power pin would not fit correctly into the main unit and maintain power to it. After talking to their customer service person, all I am getting from them is a run around. They say to just push the pin in, but if I push it in any further it will damage the unit. This company sold me a defective product and refuses to refund my money. They claim to have a money back guarantee on their products, but they won't honor it!

I ordered a chainsaw with pruning shears and pole extension. All arrived except pruning shears. When questioned I was told there was an extra cost for the pruning shears. I was sent a screenshot of the product on their website which CLEARLY shows the pruning shears but still itoolmax claims this is extra cost. Beware of this company
