Customer service responded in a timely manner when an inquiry was sent regarding shipping and tracking. I received my little mower within ten days and am pleased with this purchase so far. Great for small areas where my big mower can't go. Still need a weed wacker to get close to fencing, etc but this little mower really does mulch the grass back in, leaving no clumps of grass. One thing I'm not liking is how it shuts off when you release your grip ever so slightly on the handle. You must maintain a firm grip at all times to keep it on. I do like how quiet it is though and the battery lasts over 30 minutes. But when it's dead it's dead with no warning. Overall, I recommend this mower.

I was reading reviews of itoolmax and I need to say I had a good experience. I purchased the 8.7 inch small lawn mower for yards & gardens, yes, it did take some time, but we'll worth the wait. Tried it today and just wow, it did my smallish front and back yard and a little more in different area and still had juice left over. Sooo happy, it's lightweight and very easy to put together. Thank you itoolmax. 5 stars for me. Wish I knew how to attach pics.

I bought the Wall Mounted Firewood Kindling Splitter for my brother, cousin, niece and husband for Christmas. I made a mistake on an address of one to be shipped separately to my niece. She did not get hers. I followed up after Christmas and was surprised to receive a response and a promise to look into what happened to the gift. Without having to hassle them, I-Tool Max again responded later saying it was shipped, but showed it was to the wrong address and then returned. They offered to re-send the gift or refund and I opted for the resend. The whole experience was nostalgic since this is what customer service used to be. Kind, friendly, helpful.
