我有同样的遭遇买的三合一剪草机在facebook下了单迟迟收不到货, 产品质量太差一个月都不到就彻底坏掉了, 找不到任何客服他也不回邮件, 欺骗只有一次,今后不会买他任何产品, 不知道如何让其他人知道不再受骗上当。

No response from customer service.
Ordered a three in one trimmer on may 31st still has not shipped. I have emailed them asking when it will ship and used the chat feature and get no response. I just want to know when it will be shipped or if I need to just buy something locally before my yard looks terrible.

Do you have no stars..? No customer service, terrible product. Can’t get a refund….. but I will. Have you heard of “Buyer Beware”? Believe me it pertains to this company.

If the system accepted NO STARS
If the system accepted NO STARS, that’s what I would give this company. After waiting for the weed eater; I received the attachments first, we placed the blades on the tool. Not 3 mins later, the blade broke! Placed the second blade, went outside to test it and it broke. I have sent multiple emails, texts, calls, ( which btw, wrong number listed). They have not responded! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are SCAMMERS! I would like to start a class action lawsuit and put them out of business for selling defective, cheap products online. Anyone interested in joining? I believe the main office is overseas in China

received an 8inch chainsaw and after…
received an 8inch chainsaw and after using it twice it wont go.one battery runs flat quick and the switches never worked properly.i have to take the battery out to turn it off.now i have to throw it away. I have contacted the itoolsupport with no reply!

The battery needs to be fully charged for the first time. A green light on the charger means the battery is fully charged. The battery is in a discharge state during transportation, and the lithium ions are in a cooling period. As a result, the battery will drain faster during the first few uses. You need more charge and discharge to activate the lithium ions in the battery and bring the battery back to its original state. Can you try more? VERY poor quality goods and NO customer service at all
No customer service at all -- on line chat doesn't function at all and no response to emails. Ordered 8" chainsaw, product is very cheaply made and not of particularly good quality. 2 batteries supplied (as advertised) but only one works. Chainsaw does function but no trust in the likelihood of it continuing for very long. Very unhappy with this 'company' - a bunch of 2 bit scammers. Don't waste your money. Added 26/07/24. Eventually after a slow exchange of emails, in very poor english on their part, and having sent them a video of the fault, they then asked me to "disassemble the battery to see if there was a wire loose"! I cannot believe the stupidity of the company, their unrealistic expectations and positively dangerous proposal. Of course, were I to "disassemble" the battery it would then be 'damaged by the customer' and not replaced. I have told them to just get on and send a new battery! Steer clear of this company at all costs!

SCAMMERS
Do no buy from this company. SCAM. I was excited to get the weedeater that didn't use string. Ordered on April 13, 2024, received May 3, 2024. Does not work as advertised. Guaranteed refund. Have sent numerous emails with no response. Customer service phone number is a fake. Save your money. Do not buy from these SCAMMERS. Order # 40090
