FRAUDS!!!
Don't! They are Frauds! I am having the same issues as everyone here and I at least used PayPal to purchase so they hopefully will straighten this out!

Do Not Buy From iToolmax
RE Cordless Tiller Cultivator Power Tool Garden Allotments Soil 20V with 1x Battery and Charger purchased. I couldn't pull it apart so later charging wouldn't be possible. Contacting customer service I asked for a returns authorisation so I can return it for a full refund. Their small print says if found not faulty they won't return item back to you OR refund you. Customer service asked if I had assembled it correctly. I replied yes. No further correspondence. Their small print return said within 30 days with RMA (Returns approval) AND all labels still on. But before that send a video of problem to customer service. However IF you use item you cannot get refund! That means the video is entrapment. I will visit B&Q the next time I want a garden gadget. Do not buy iToolmax.

Wow this company is horrible
Wow this company is horrible! I ordered some LED parking lot/street lights. What I got was not even close what they were advertising! These people are scammers. Now I have to go dispute it on my credit card!

Too bad I can't do zero stars
Too bad I can't do zero stars! Ordered online - waited 6 days - still nothing from the company. Chat has me on sit n spin for over an hour now. Emailed to cancel my order - nothing - no reply - nada. No phone number to call so stuck with email and chat. Thinking this company might be a scam.

3 In 1 Cordless Grass Trimmer × 1 Needed to cancel my order just hours after ordering it 9 days ago but no number to contact customer service so I emailed them.
