It was a good thing that I had use PayPal. I tried several times and ways to reach them including the Shop app, email and the chat they claim they answer right away, well that one alone took more than 24 hours. Each time telling me I received everything. I did not receive one box with most of one order in it. I sent delivery pictures several times showing one box missing. I had to go via PayPal before anyone did a simple job of checking. The box finally showed up weeks after the order and from China put into a makeshift box which showed up crushed and Chinese directions. The worst customer service.

I have tried everything with this company itool max. They repeatedly say it is in transit. Every timeI look at the tracking number they gave me for the product I purchased number comes up unknown at shipper supposedly who they are using. It has been since 7 June 2023. Please refrain from using this company. There rating is one star out of five. Many complaints against this company itoolmax. They have done nothing but use excuses and lie.

Ordered weed trimmer almost a month ago and still have received NOTHING. "Customer service" responded to my first email claiming there'd been a delay in processing but to expect deliver in "4-7 days". That was two weeks ago, and now they refuse to respond to my demands for a refund. Stay away from this company. This is a total scam.

Legal Advice to customers: ANY company that doesn’t have a phone number posted on their website is the first indication NOT to do business with them. If they post one but never answer it, RED FLAG. Always google the business address posted you will normally find the address to an apartment or an abandon building. If the company has no call center forget doing business with them. Any reputable business list company owner, managers legit address, phone and fax numbers. Many online companies appear to be in the USA but are actually from China, India or Africa. Buyer-beware of so many scams as if it’s too cheap to be true 99.9% of the time it is! Don’t be scammed, do a little homework and google the company, consumer reviews, BBB history. Don't order Anything, the company doesn't back their products, and the return policy is Insane. They told me "Instead of expensive return, we offer you $8. refund"! I paid $129 for weed wacker and the screws fell out. Currently in dispute process through PayPal.

Do not order from this company , they shouldn't be in business . They do not answer the phone to resolve issues and tell everyone by e- mail the same old story . Sorry but they do nothing to resolve problems . Canceled an order with in the hour of ordering . They would not answer the phone number listed . They received my e- mail to cancel my order but are still trying to bill credit card . No product and I canceled it anyway . Will be contacting the attorney general office and better business bureau. We ordered from this company have not received a confirmation or the order and we have tried contacting by phone which is disconnected and by email which was returned to us so there's no way of contacting them do not order from this company!!!!!

I placed an order with iToolmax on June 6th and my credit card was immediately charged. Several days later, when the item had not been shipped, I sent an e-mail through their website asking for a shipping date. No answer. On the 14th I initiated a chat session. Their website promised a quick response and I got one, that my inquiry was in the queue. While doing other things I waited an hour and never heard another word. I wrote some negative statements about them and their service and left the session open. Later I found a response that said that they were a reliable business with many happy customers and not a scam, as I had implied. Coincidentally(?), that same day I received an e-mail saying that the item had been shipped and giving me a tracking number. Now it is nine days later and the tracking shows that although a tracking number had been created on the 14th, USPS is still awaiting an actual package. UPDATE: Package was delivered on 28 June.
