These guys are scan artists and out and…
These guys are scan artists and out and out crooks. They send you cheap worthless (toys) not tools. They will not respond to emails. They are out and out robbers and scum.

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. SCAMMERS & THIEVES!!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. REPORT PAGE TO FACEBOOK AS FRAUDULENT. order #59690 I have requested a return & refund. NO action First time use on a full battery, Trimmer stopped working after 5 minutes & doesn’t turn back on with the second fully charged battery. Emails, FB Messenger messages: ignored Comments on pages: routinely deleted. I'm posting this all over their page even if they keep deleting my comments. I'll keep posting it to WARN people. I don’t CARE for your FAKE apology just because this is a public forum. Return & Refund. Product is rubbish & so are you.

I would give it a zero if that was an option. I ordered 3 in 1 trimmer. Upon opening the box, it the parts looked flimsy. But I put together and attempted to use. Any obstacle in it's path whether it was I pine cone or a leaf stopped the trimmer. The wheels felt like they were going to fly off. So I sent email since it's the only form of communication with them, requesting a refund. No response for days. Finally someone responds with what seemed like scripted words, "sorry for your bad experience". I requested a label and refund. They email me back and tell me I have to take a video. Wait what? No! Your return policy says, "a 30 Day RISK-FREE Trial on all products, and 100% Customer Satisfaction." To ITOOLMAX your products and customer service is crap! I have emails to prove what I said in this post. So I'm not making false accusations.

I wish I would have checked reviews before I bought....what a waste of money! I first saw this on facebook, so I blame them too for not checking out this company, before letting them post this business...they are a sham, they will not even respond to me...so I have to just take it at a loss...this product is nothing but pure junk!!! No stretch of truth here, if you fall for their scam, you will be throwing your money away...so do not waste your time with this worthless lying bunch!
