Absolute con. This is a very dangerous looking tool with NO safety guarantee that it won’t spin off and take your feet with it! I paid through PAYPAL and they’ve been horrendous, siding with the seller and me losing my money! The 30 day money back guarantee in print in the advert is a LIE…..this company has no intention of taking its product back. You pay your money and get a tool which is useless and above all is UNSAFE. Furthermore, the buyer is led to the sellers address being in California - this again is a deceitful way to con the buyer into thinking it’s not from China. This is a total scam. SHAME on PAYPAL for the way they treated my case. Disgusting all round.

First of all, the weed eater looked more like a Tonka toy than a tool. Second of all, I’ve been trying to get a return authorization and even though they claim to have a risk-free 30-day refund policy, they just send emails asking stupid questions like, “Did you put it together correctly?” Yes - I’m not a moron! I even copied their refund policy and pasted it into an email for them - just in case they didn’t remember their policy - and they wanted me to video me using the “tool”. Ha! The product is a joke and they lied about their refund policy! Do yourself a favor and buy a Weedeater from Wal-Mart, Lowe’s or Home Depot. At least they stand behind their products!!

I would like to know how could I use the machines I bought if I could not recharge the applicable lithium battery. The charger for the battery is not included.I have now two different batteries to charge and it’s coming more other machines which neede a charger too. Please send me those chargers because without charging the batteries I cannot use the machines.

As I reported before I still have not received my order from itoolmax purchased on the 2nd of August dispatched on 6th August and today the 20th August no sign of my order. According to the details on the DHL site the order is in Germany and has been there for days. Following my last review of this company they sent a reply which simply said that my order was on its way. This company is a disgrace I have asked them to either give me what I paid for or a refund of my money. My advice to anyone is AVOID dealing with this company they are not honourable.

DON’T BUY ITOOL. Poor customer service. I’ve used a Weedeater for over FIFTY years and have never had such poor trimming on just basic areas! Wanted video of this, picture of that, picture in the box. Anything but issue me info how to return and get a refund. THEIR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE IS WORTHLESS. I’m not satisfied and they will not honor. I filed claim through PayPal, they issued a refund in July, last week I got another charge on PayPal for same item, but this time they didn’t put their name on the charge. FRAUD! The original order was placed June 2nd, not even shipped till the 11th, once I received it I put it together and tried it out ONE TIMEwirst experience. I’ve used corded, gas, and battery operated weedeaters.

The tool is not equipped for handling anything but very low grass or brush. The only thing I can say good about it is that the batteries last a good amount of time. Unless you have a very very small yard, don’t waste your money. Now we will see if it’s returnable. I doubt it. I should have purchased from Amazon for

Never buy from itool. Item broke second time of using and itool have not helped to resolve. Just keep sending same email requesting the same info!
