The product I bought was just as advertised and worked even better than I had expected. When I called for a bit of advice, the response was very helpful and not geared to trying to sell me something extra. Highly recommended.

I am quite satisfied with how this product performs. I've used it several times now and it functions very well.

The weedeater arrived as I was told it would. Shipping was very quick received in 5 days. After I place the order I started seeing bad reviews. I am really confused about the bad ratings. Some said the company would not reply back to emails. I always got a response when I sent an email. Some said they could not get a tracking number from ITool Max. I received a tracking number by email and also it showed my order and tracking number in the Shop App. I appreciate the great experience I had with this company. I haven’t assembled the item yet but all the parts seem to be there. I will give a follow up as soon as I get it assembled and use it. I rated this company 5 stars for the experience I had with them. I guess reading all the bad reviews are not necessarily true.

De bestelling bleef uit en kreeg geen antwoord op mijn mail . Na 3 weken eindelijk een antwoord, met het bericht dat zij niet konden volgen door een te veel aan bestellingen .Week later bericht dat mijn bestelling verstuurd was en enkele dagen later was mijn bestelling goed en veilig geleverd. Ben zeer tevreden van mijn 350 RM draadloze cultivator werkt zeer goed. Een tip ! Voortaan als je ziet dat je achterstand hebt en bestelling langer duurt dan normaal, stel de klant gerust met een mail. Klant zal dan weten wat er gaande is en niet gefrustreerd raken
