Plastic blades used for edger are worthless, can barely go over 3-5' before it is destroyed; saw blades for trimming get clogged too easily. Blades for trimming really only thing usable. Light weight is a plus. Over priced for usable function.

Flimsy materiales, not enough power to cut a blade of grass. Product grossly over advertised about its capabilities. Don't purchase you will be disappointed. Wanted pictures of all contents before sending return instructions. Never again.

UPDATE: Today is October 5, 2026. I have STILL not received the replacement shield and blade I was promised. It has been an entire MONTH since I left this review. Do NOT purchase from itoolmax. You can get items just like this at Lowe’s and Home Depot. Buy there so if you have an issue like this they will actually help you. This thing broke the very first time I used it!! I wasted 239.99 because I know for a fact they won’t refund my money and by the time I get the replacement it will be snowing. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I purchased an itoolmax 12-Inch Electric Weed Wacker & Eater with Detachable 4-Wheel Base × 1 $239.99 Arrived mid June. By then heat indexes were in the 100’s dry so not many weeds. Mid July-August still hot w storms and the weeds took over. Today, 9/6/26 I finally used the weed whacker part with metal blade to cut down some tall weeds, then planned to mow lower weeds/grass. After about twenty minutes of use the metal blade cut right through the plastic safety guard. Apparently the metal blades are so cheaply made while cutting through tall but soft vegetation, it bent and went right through the guard. I have emailed customer support but after reading the reviews here I don’t have much hope for a quick or satisfactory resolution. I’m disabled with arthritis and hoped this product would make my small yard maintenance easier. I needed a weed whacker to cut weeds! What a disappointment and huge gouge to my disability income for nothing. So now I’ll get to see how quickly I get a response and how well this company backs its products that looked so very promising. EDIT: On 9/6 I sent an email with photos of order details including order number and date ordered plus photos of the issue to customer support.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE. They do not honor their 30-days warrantee refund !! The product is a crappy one, made with plastics. SHIPPING WAS VERY LATE. NO SUPPORT FROM THE COMPANY. They are hiding behind a website; no phone number; the chat is a faked chat, they capture your email and send you a reply few days later with a technician first name @ itoolsmax support.com. When you reply to the email, it gets refused with an invalid email address. Their replies are copy/paste reply without reading what you are asking for !! DO NOT BUY PLEASE !

WARNING! WARNING! If you are thinking about purchasing this trash, DON'T DO IT! I received a brushless weed whacker that wouldn't even cut grass. I've been trying to return it for months. As soon as I realized what a piece of crap this was, I reached out. After my first negative review and disputing the charge on my card, they finally got back to me. Since then, they offered me up to 30% refund to keep it. Because I declined, I had to remove all the pieces from the box, take pictures to show that the pieces are all there and clean, and finally they approved a return. Mind you, these emails have been going on for a couple of months. Now, these are the stipulations for the return: "To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following packaging requirements: 1.Please pay for the shipping cost, make sure the item and all accessories are complete, and the original packaging is intact and undamaged. 2.Do NOT write, stick labels, place notes, or leave any markings on the inside or outside of the product packaging. If you are required to provide the sender or recipient information, please write it on a removable sticky note and attach it to the package. Any handwriting, stickers, or notes on the box will affect the resale condition of the item, and may result in a deduction. 3. Cover the old express delivery order: Before sending, please paste the new express delivery order completely to cover the original logistics information. 4. After shipping, please provide photos of the shipping label and the tracking number for us to verify delivery. The return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be included to prevent the return package from being unreceivable by us, which would make it impossible to process your refund." HOW IN THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO SEND A WHOLE BOX BACK WITH JUST A STICKY NOTE? AND WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING? THIS PRODUCT IS TRASH AND THEY KNOW IT!

Spent $135 for a piece of garbage. It probably only costs them $15 to $20 to make and the rest is advertising and profit and shipping. Used it once and it hung up in heavy grass. I used my weed eater to finish the job. I am taking it to the landfill. An AI marketing scam.....not even the Chinese believe these lies

After waiting 20 days the 3 in 1 trimmer arrived damaged because merchant shipped in a flimsey box without any protective packing. I complained and sent pictures immediately. So far I have asked to return and get a refund 3 times. Itoolmax has only offered 10% off & replacement of broken part. I explained since no protection during shipping, who knows what else is damaged. Itoolmax has not refunded my money, do not purchase from these crooks.

This was a total waste of money. It looks like a kids toy and does not cut at all. It does not cut tall weeds or grass. You should be ashamed of yourselves for putting this out on the market. Buyers be ware. Rip off.
