My wife bought me a $50 wall mounted…
My wife bought me a $50 wall mounted log splitter from itoolmax. It was $200. They are between $38 ( Temu) and $120 ( most expensive) after a basic search. The itoolmax website has them as $370 reduced to $199. WTactualF???? She now feels terrible. Avoid them!

I have payed for my parcel 12 days ago and have not heard anything about the parcel since they withdraw the money from my account. It seems that it have not even been shiped. It is impossible to get in contact with the firm

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. Tools arrived in bits. I received broken parts which they have promised to replace but replacement not received over a month later. They offered part refund as goodwill which also has not been received. Goods seem unsafe and Impossible to return from UK; company do not honour return promises on web site. Update since reply below. I had already contacted the company again and again received promise of replacement and part refund. Nothing yet arrived.

Order Being Shipped from China
I placed my order 93625 December 9 and after several emails finally received a response nine days later. The next day, December 19 I received an email with a tracking number that the shipment was on the way. When I checked the tracking number I found that the order must first be shipped from China. This means it will be a long time until I actually receive it. Itoolmax web site does not mention that the items are not actually in Canada but are still thousands of kilometers away meaning a long wait for delivery. In summary at least I have confirmation that the order is being shipped but when I shall receive it is another matter.

Terribly so shipping time
So far i have not received the product and it was ordered 11-24. It just says ready to shipand has said so for almost 2 weeks. So my one start may change if I ever receive and can get it going. But there delivery system is terrible.

Got a paint sprayer that sucks don’t…
Got a paint sprayer that sucks don’t work well at all the company keeps running me around won’t refund or send a new one I don’t recommend this product or any of their products to anyone. A good company will take care of their customers and back up their product.

Products sent not as per spec. on the website and no proposal for replacement
I have ordered 9 heating mats of different sizes. the ones for the staircases are working perfectly. 3 of them do not have the same build, 2 have no interconnecting features, one has an interconnecting feature incompatible with the others. Those 3 are slippery and I did not receive the timer sockets, so I have to go outside and press the reset button every time. I am exchanging emails with them of 1.5 months. the response with pictures of the product was let us check with the factory this is wrong. Now they are telling me that I can use them this way and proposed a 10% discount. Turnaround on emails is at least 4 days, and no proposal to fix the issue is made after 1.5 month.

DIY Smart LED Curtain light
DIY Smart LED Curtain light. Awful. Delivery - slow and uncommunicative Product - awful. App operated allegedly but no instructions to tell you what app or where. Remote control doesn't work. When you eventually work out how to use them with the help of google the pictures are not clear at all. Really disappointed. Will bin them ifI can't return
