I ordered the grass trimmer
I ordered the grass trimmer, and extra blades. The Oder was never delivered, and I did not get a refund. I emailed them twice. This company is a scam.

BEAWARE!
BEAWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! PRODUCT WAS FAULTY, THEY DIDNT WANT IT BACK, PROMISED A REFUND OF £30 AND KEEP THE ITEM! 3 WEEKS NO REFUND NOT RESPONDING TO ANY EMAILS ! DONT BE SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE!! Regardless of finally receiving a refund after multiple emails and the 1st time they responded saying they'd put it through now .. they clearly didn't as then it took another multiple emails to finally getting a response 3 weeks later and it finally only taking 3 days for the refund. Awful service I still would avoid at all costs.

I would give a zero rating if possible
I would give a zero rating if possible, we purchased a hand held Chainsaw which was great the two time we used it then it stopped working. I email there customer support and didn't get an answer for 6 days not the 24 hours they say on there web site. One month later I am still waiting for them to sort out what they are going to send me to fix the issue I have. Poor poor customer service and not back up on there products. Don't waste your time or money with these guys.

Non-Existent Customer Service- Order Not Received
Placed order on 16th Jan and it’s still not been dispatched- have sent numerous emails and zero response. Should have read the company reviews first as I have no idea how I’m going to obtain a refund. Customer service is non-existent it seems, so am posting this in the hope they will respond here as to if and when my order will arrive. High pressure cordless paint sprayer at €119.99, order #100442. Status is still “preparing shipment” since 16th Jan.

SNOW SHOVEL CAUGHT FIRE!! If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely the worst customer service & cheapest product. They commit FRAUD from the beginning! Customer service is NON existent. They do EVERYTHING in their power to NOT give their address or give a refund! Update: their "email" was, they will send a new shovel! I DON'T want a new shovel! I want their address & a refund! Which they WON'T do!

Terrible Company
This is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with!!! I have tried for over a month to return a wood splitter that does not work as advertised. The company has terrible customer service trying everything possible to stall to not accept the return and refund the payment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Do not order from this company.
This company advertises a no quibble returns policy but then will not accept a return. I have tried for over a month to return an item that was delivered so late it could not be gifted at Christmas as planned. They only respond to emails after huge delays but do not accept the return. Do no order from this company. My experience with them has left me feeling like a victim of fraud.
