Ordered a lawn tool that was never received they have no phone number to call there is a fake number posted on the internet but it's out of service... they're only contact is email but they never ever ever answer emails... they did reach out to me with an email at first, saying they confirmed they got my order and they were making a shipping label and that was all. Nothing further. No item. No communication. USPS tracking says they're waiting on getting this item to ship to me. Lots of ppl on YELP complaining too. SCAMMERS. ZERO STARS !!

Awful so far. Can’t get an answer as to where our order is. On its way is all we get but it has not arrived yet. Now that I’ve read these reviews I’m considering getting my money back from the credit card company. We are really disappointed. I think I made a terrible mistake ordering from these people.

This company took my money for a pool ionizer. I never got an acknowledgement and no will answer my emails and they won't list a phone to call them. Guess I just lost $130. I will try to get my credit card company to help me get my money back.

I ordered a 4-in-one weed cutter. The instructions are indecipherable. I did not receive the hex key and somehow I am supposed to lock the cutting head with it but cannot figure it out from the instructions. Spent $230, I would really like for this thing to work. I emailed with my order number more than 24 hours ago, on Thursday 5/8/2024 and have not heard back.

I have yet to receive my pkg and when I reach out a Jim tells me to be patient. It’s been suiting in Indiana since 4-18-25! I had to dispute as fraud with my credit card company.

Itoolmax is a toy and not a tool. If you want to buy it for your kids playing, buy it. However, if you want to buy a real tool for your garden, just forget it.

Received a garden tiller, where the box looked like it had been opened and then returned. Opened the box, and it looked like it had been used. We purchased a new item, so we closed it up, and contacted the company. 3 months later, we are still going backend forth with them. They do not stand behind there 100% satisfaction guarantee!!!

I would give a zero if I could. I bought a steam cleaner and the thing leaks like crazy. The attachments keep unscrewing. I wrote to the company saying I want to return it and they said it is not possible. It was $110.00 and now i am out the money which i dont have money to throw away like that.
