I ordered two weeks ago and despite their website saying orders will be processed and despatched within 1-3 working days, I have not received any notification that my item has been despatched and there has been no reply to my emails asking for an update. I commented on one of their sponsored posts on Facebook to say the same and my comment was removed. I appreciate things in life and business don’t always go according to plan but some communication would help improve their customer satisfaction a great deal.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered from this company almost 2 weeks ago and still no shipment and no response. This is on order number 121115 from May 25. I’ve emailed 4 times with zero response. Looks like I’ve been scammed.

I bought the 3 in trimmer with wheels. I am 76 years old. I thought the wheels on the trimmer would make it easier to use. The wheels won't let me cut the grass short. When I contacted the company, they sent me a video of how to put it together. When I complained the second time, they sent me the same video again. The company told me to take the wheels off, to get closer to the grass, or I could tilt the trimmer up to get closer. The only reason I bought this was because of the wheels. I just want my money refunded.

Never received the product. After many attempts on my end to resolve the issue, it has not been resolved. Company no longer responds. Tracking number given does not appear to be legitimate. Tracking number always states labeled waiting for pick up.
