Hi,AWFUL SERVICE!! I bought a Solar Pool Fountain, ($98,99) I received it on June 6th, and it doesn’t fit on my pool. Since then, I am TRYING To RETURN IT and they try to tell me to keep it, but I want a refund and return it and I get NO HELP to do so. They say they have to give an adress to return the item but they don’t give it to me!! Time passes!!! No address!! Be careful with this company!!!

Absolutely the worst company. First issue was one of the batteries wouldn't hold a charge. They never made good on that. I asked so many times for return instructions. They site says they guarantee but they don't. They sent me a tool that didn’t even last 30 days and I contacted them and they sent me another tool. A used very dirty tool that doesn’t work. You will be making a big mistake if you buy a tool from them. Received email saying to check my email they sent on my situation with them. I never received an email. So they have not resolved my issue.

Ordered a pool vacuum on 614. Still no vacuum on 7/2. Customer service is all but no existent.

Can’t give it negative numbers or I would. Got a cordless weedeater, was supposed to come with adjustable height wheels, extra blades, etc. none of that was included. Used 5 minutes, wheels broke off, vibrated so bad. Blade made out of cheap metal and bends easily. Got so hot the plastic case started to melt, 5 minutes.

Not at all like it is portrayed in the videos. Not power enough to cut through high thick grass.

I am sending in my return after almost 2 months of going back in forth with the company. I do not have confidence I will receive a refund or even anything as the return address they gave for me to send the product to is a personal address not even in the state they are headquartered. I would not trust this company for a minute.

I received the 4 n 1 trimmer on 6/16/2025 and after extending realized the length is not a good fit for my height. I have emailed several times requesting the return but it’s 06/28/2025 and still no response yet. Order #130217 - I want a full refund for the unused trimmer. It’s 07/09/2025 -almost a month after receiving the 4 n 1 trimmer and I finally received an email to send photos once again so that their manufacturing can approve the return process then provide me further instruction. This should have been done immediately!! The email also came with a 30% refund offer to keep it. Ridiculous! I already sent photos of the unused trimmer in its new condition and still in its original box that remained open for photos. The blade has its plastic and batteries are wrapped - everything in its place in the box ready for nearly a month now to return fur a full refund. But here we go again round and round with them wanting more photos - more delay! Lastly the email stated that it will most likely cost me $30-40 to return. FALSE ADVERTISING! When I received the hardening seat I ordered I first noticed the battered and wrinkled box! I then noticed the multiple shipping labels. Inside the box I found loose bolts and nuts and NO assembly instructions. I unpacked the parts and found the wheels were dirty and scuffed….obviously used! I contacted the company and have not received a reply. Reading the other customer reviews leads me to believe I have been scammed!
