Order #139975 Despite being advised that my order has been shipped it has not arrived. e-mails have not been responded to. To state that customer service is poor would be an understatement. It is non-existent.

Terrible service would never order from them again

Their warranty is an absolute lie. They will not let you return it. I bought the “professional 4 in 1 yard tool” absolute junk. Even the pieces that look like metal are plastic with a chrome paint. It also does not work. They give you a few pieces of plastic line that break off within minutes of using it. The “mower” wheels are not adjustable and cut the grass off at about 1”. They provide no customer service and will not respond to emails. I had to open a case with my credit card company. DON’T BUY IT.

Junk and customer service gives you runaround. I wanted to return it they told me only could give me 30 % back.Beware buyers.

Paid €125.99 for a swimming pool hoover and it has never arrived although it says it’s been delivered on PayPal. It hasn’t so claiming against them on PayPal. Re your reply I have sent two emails with this but you don’t answer. It has not been delivered which is what it says on tracking 😡🌏 Well it has arrived and is totally unsuitable for cleaning a swimming pool. It is not long enough to even reach the floor in the shallow end. Totally false advertising. Also be aware that you have to return to America which is expensive.

I wrote a review on Itoolmax concerning the weedeater I ordered that was as I see it “junk”. They ask that I send the order number which I did promptly. Cherry from itoolmax replied that they would offer a 20% refund if I would keep the unit. She said sending back was expensive. Why would I accept $40 when the unit was $220? I feel even more scammed! I returned a proposal of a 50% refund and I would dump the unit. Now they will not respond. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Mother purchased Weed Wacker from iToolMax. Quality of product was terrible. Blades broke and didn't last with first try. I asked for return information June 11 but was given the run around the whole time. Doesn't communicate in a timely manner. Doesn't abide by their 30 return policy or wants customer to jump through hoops for it to be returned. Then responds that they need to make sure that the requirements are met for returns. Plastic material used is cheap for the $100+ that was charged. All around waste of money and time.

The pool cleaner finally arrived: its quite effective for picking up small debris but not poweful enough for sand and dust. The tool is rather flimsy and i would be surprised if it lasts very long. I think its overpriced.
