The hand held power washer put out more water where you hook up the hose to than come out the spray,no wonder it all plastic, must of come from Chin

The marketing and selling of the product was impressive, so I bought the spray gun, the buying process , delivery and receiving process was good. Until I used the product, I used it once and it burnt out, I then chucked it out as it was useless, never again.

Multiple incidences of very slowly customer service response. No phone contact allowed and written responses don't address the issues and while my description of the issues are very clear they want videos of the problems. I cannot take videos while I'm holding and running the unit. Simply 1) it stops intermittently until it stops for good. My handy man discovered it can be started by turning the blade manually after it winds down. If you have one you know it takes a whole for it to wind down so drastically increases the time it takes to edge my property. Also, I have to use the metal blades because the plastic ones break when attempting to cut through bermuda grass. Worthless. And, the metal blades wear down so I have to use more than one each time I edge my property because it won't cut everything up to the concrete or brick or rock borders without touching them slightly. My old string edgers worked much better. They dont offer replacement packs of just the metal blade so I have to depend on the slow back and forth of customer service to order several replacements at a time. This company is NOT customer oriented.

WASTE of money. This is not an edger in any capacity. Blades move in horizontal circular movement so there’s an issue with plastic blade breaks (hitting sidewalk) obviously the metal blades you can’t use. Overall The string edgers get nice clean edge. This thing doesn’t. Although the string attachments on the edgers are cheaply made now. So gave this a try. Very disappointed it’s super cheap. Our string edger bit the dust after years of use so gave this a try- Having the wheel attachment again not edger-meant for mowing I’m guessing. I’d recommend NOT purchasing if you edge around sidewalks pavers etc. and you don’t want to buy string edger and this item. We probably will use in limited capacity and use the string edgers too. DONT BUY IF YOU ARE ON BUDGET EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT.

Order number #116184 was received by you. It has not shipped (over a week now), and no one will respond to my emails. Your chat line never seems to be open. I can't review the product because I don't have it. I can't cancel the product because there is no way. Your tracking shipment method provides nothing.

Purchased a paint sprayer and can’t get it to work. Several back and forth emails in between a couple days of delay response. Requested a full video, sent it and now they need to send it to their tech which is yet another delay. Know before you start to test the product beforehand (duh-I didn’t) and then getting a replacement is maybe a possibility but it’s going on 3 weeks and my project is still waiting on the tech to get me a replacement or figure out why it won’t spray out the paint but blows air just fine. I wish I could have given this a better review.

I used the tiller once and then it stopped working. I’m very disappointed … the date indicated that it stopped working is an estimate

I placed an order at the end of July and although I received order confirmation I have heard nothing else and that was 15 days ago. Hence I am here to see if it is a scam. I have also sent an email to their support email to ask for some sort of tracking information. But I have no idea where my order of €178 is!
