Hello. The battery is in a discharged state during transportation, and the lithium ions are in a cooling period. Therefore, the battery will be consumed faster during the first few uses. You need to charge and discharge more to activate the lithium ions in the battery and restore the battery to its original performance. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]. We will do our best to provide you with satisfactory service.

I bought a car starter from itoolmax website and I am very satisfied with this product. Since cars are more likely to stall in winter, this starter can help start the car quickly. The quality and efficiency are better than I expected! At the same time, it also has inflatable, power bank and lighting functions. I'm so happy to buy such a great product!

I ordered and received two boxes of outdoor eaves lights. I unpacked them and plugged them in and they demonstrated cool white light, so I installed them. But, when I tried to change the colors and operate them as advertised, they did not work. Yesterday, they contacted me by email which included a video. I’d installed them incorrectly. I removed them from my eaves and re-installed the according to the video and they worked perfectly. I am now very happy with my purchase, so far.
