Do not buy anything from this company. They have lied over and over again and have not kept their word. The product I purchased was very inferior and they have been given me a run around for three weeks and will not accept a return as their website states. READ ALL TEIR REVIEWS AND YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY ARE AN UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY.

They don’t honor there return policy 😡

Update: The company refuses to honor their policy, which is if you want to return the item because of a defect or error on their part they will pay return shipping. They say it is "too expensive" for them to cover it Well, maybe don't send out crappy incomplete products that break instantly AVOID THIS COMPANY I'm pursuing a chargeback, my credit card company completely agreed with me, I am owed a 100% refund and should not have to pay return shipping. ------- I received my iToolMax Pro mid June. Unfortunately it arrived incomplete. The batteries that were supposed to be included were missing. There was no assembly instruction manual though after a lot of searching I found a silent video online. Verbal guidance might have helped but I thought I had figured it out. Luckily (or not) I had my own compatible batteries on hand. I used those as I really needed to get this thing up and running. The wobble was intense but I wasn't sure what was normal. It immediately broke. I reached out to the company June 18th. It is now July 19th. I have managed to hear back from them 3 times in the past month. I sent a video, their response was that another part seems to be missing and that may have contributed to the problem. They asked me to dissassemble it and try retightening it, which obviously yes I had tried that but when I try to dissassemble it I can't get the thing to unscrew, it just spins. Regardless by this point the thing already had missing batteries, at least one other missing part, and it is broken. I had already asked for either a refund or an exchange for a new one. No reply. It's been a week and a half since I last got a reply, in the last message I sent I said I would rather not have to contact my credit card company to have a chargeback issued but given the underwhelming customer services and that NO progress has been made in over a month of trying to get assistance, it seems I am left with no other option. Unfortunately I really can't recommend either this product or the company itself. Buyer beware. #iToolMax

Product quality was severely inferior. Motor froze up after a few months. Could not find a customer service number on product paperwork

I ordered their Hydro seed kit, which took 1 1/2 months before it was shipped. The product sucks. It doesn’t do anything other than grow weeds and color. The dirt green customer service is an absolute joke. No communication about the order whatsoever until I canceled it then all of a sudden they’re emailing me every two or three days they shipped it anyway stay away from this company not reputable either. So I contacted them about a refund and of course haven’t heard anything. It’s funny how when you look at their reviews only half of these show up and they’re only the good ones somehow they’re all anonymous.

sent us the wrong item would not respond to us to return it. disputed with pay pal and it ruled in thier favor. now I am on the phone with pay pal and having to spend an hour of my time sending them pics of the wrong items. I would not recommend this company

I ordered my itoolmax weed eater on July 4, 2025. I have only received order confirmation and my credit card was charged. I have written several emails with order number and have yet to get a response! I will never do this again! I believe they are a bogus company!

They claim to have excellent customer service and provide an email to address any issues. I have emailed them four times regarding an issue and have yet to receive a response. I cannot recommend this company and would caution any potential customers.
