ordered # 150182 motor inop. but they say I used it. how can you use a weed eater if the motor is inop from factory? orderd 8-06-25 received 8-14-25 they tried helping, but Echo called a nylock nut a screw. no help. service said request 30 day and RMA with pic of serial # from box and copy of invoice. No help. this seems to be a scam put on by Echo at customer service.

This company is a COMPLETE scam. It does NOT HONOR its return policy! I wish I had come here to Yelp before ordering the "pool vacuum". There is NO 100% satisfaction!! They keep sending you WORTHLESS SUGGESTIONS DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I got the iToolMax 4 in 1 Cordless Weed Eater Pro because I liked the idea of the wheels, since I can’t lift or hold heavy equipment. While it is lightweight, the wheels were the main reason I bought it. Upon receiving it, I was disappointed for many reasons. Everything was just thrown in the box, so that everything just rattled around in it. The instructions were terrible, and I had to find a video on YouTube to put it together. The design itself is poor and feels shoddily made. For example, you cannot use the wheels with the weed whip head because the cord catches on them. I used it only 5 times. At first it worked okay, though the battery ran down quickly. Then I discovered the guard doesn’t protect properly...when trimming near a wall or tree, if you're going head on, the guard pushes in and lets the blade hit whatever is in the way, damaging both the blade and the object. After about 20 days, the tool simply stopped starting, and the batteries drain immediately when trying to start it. Customer support was extremely slow. I had to contact them five times before getting a reply. Their only advice was to “let it rest for a while,” even though it had already been sitting unused for a week. By the time they finally responded, I was at their “40 day mark” and could no longer return it. I’m left with a useless product that cost much more than similar models available at Walmart. One more thing...iToolMax emailed me directly to solicit a review on their own website. I posted this same honest review there, but they deleted it. I'm not sure why, but maybe because it was negative. That’s why I’m posting here on Trustpilot instead...so other customers can see the full picture.

Order was placed .(#152047). No shipping information given. No tracking. No phone number to call.. No response to chat. No response to email But, very quick, though, to charge my credit card. Stay away from this ghosty company. Upate; Company says they responded to my inquiry. They did. It was a complete run-around. For all of their words they offered no helpful information. Again, stay away.

Bought a laser level, no warranty, Battery didn't stay on. No way to contact the company. Pure SCAM sav your money! DON"T BUY.....

Paint gun quit working after 30 days and they did not replace the paint gun. NO customer service.

The product was not what I expected, so I tried to return it. There is a lack of communication from the company. Even though they advertise a money-back guarantee, you have to request a return form from the company. I have tried so many time to get one and they do not respond. Very poor customer service.

I had a very small problem with an electric hoe. I must have contacted the company six or seven times, even sent photos. Nothing was ever done so I gave up in the end.
