I ordered my electric lawn mower on May 17. Heard nothing for about 3 weeks. I emailed them. Received reply in 24 hours. Was told that they had abundance of orders and were fulfilling them in order and I would receive tracking info soon. Got tracking info about a week later. Mower arrived June 4. Mower easy to assemble, very light weight and perfect for the hill in my lawn I bought it for. I can use it with one hand. I am a 76 yo female. 4 stars is for not telling me about delay up front.

It does what it says ! Very comfortable to sit on. Easy to open and close. Is quiet in use. Very pleased with mine.

Wondered if I would receive the small lawn mower I ordered. To my surprise I did receive the item in a timely manner. It does work but I hope it lasts.

Final outcome to problem with wrongly delivered product was entirely satisfactory. Establishing initial contact with company, and getting someone's attention to my problem is an area which could be greatly improved. Once I was contacted by Cherry all was quickly resolved, many thanks Cherry!

It's a solid splitter and very stable, just wish it came ssharper out of the box. Had to sharpen the blade myself before the first use. works well now tho.

It actually threw snow & I was very amazed at the quality.

The pruner gets the job done but you gotta get used to switching the angles. Took me a bit of practice but now its efficient enough.

Delivery took a while but I love my pool vaccum so easy to use and light. I can do it while in the pool cooling off. Love it only takes 2 hrs to charge
