itoolmax.comReviews of itoolmax.com

Very poor customer service !!!!!!! Product light weight, not made for heavy-duty work !!! It doesn't matter how many attachments they give you if they don't do the job !!! Poor product for the price, and no customer service !!!

I ordered a cordless grass trimmer in May. It have not yet left for delivering. Looks like a scam-company :-(

I ordered this lawn mover after watching ad on Facebook and this lawn mover is not as advertised. Right after I opened I could see it was a joke. But I decided to give it a try. It has cheap plastic structure. Doesn’t operate easily. Doesn’t justify price tag and overall a disappointment. Right after first try, I contacted support for a return. But it has been more than 3 days and they are not responding.I would not recommend this product at all. Save your money and time. Edit: beware they will ask you to pay for return shipping.

I need my money back The Tiller died after an half hour and tried the other battery does not work Please contact me about a return

Itoolmax is a terrible online store. I placed an order and paid 3 days ago, but I haven't received any shipping information. The order hasn't been processed for shipping, yet they've already withdrawn the money. The order processing and delivery are very slow, so I can't wait any longer. I've sent 5 emails to customer service to cancel the order, but only received one reply. They haven't refunded me yet. I rate Itoolmax's customer service as slow and unhelpful.

Just to answer their response you are liars I have gotten responses from a Jim and CiCi offering me 10 and 20% if I keep the product. The name is Joanne. SHADY. This is the 3 rd review . After my first review they contacted me offering me 10% back $11.70. For a $117 purchase of an item that does not work as advertised or expected . I replied no thanks I want a full refund and to return. NO RESPONCE. It’s nearing the money back 30 day guarantee how convenient. I DON’T KNOW WHY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SOOO BAD . STAY AWAY. Not worth it. I will continue to write bad reviews everywhere I can until they respond like a real company.

I ordered the 3 in 1 cordless grass trimmer on 5/30 and received acknowledgement of order# 234902 but no further notification that it has been shipped. I sent a message inquiring about when it would be shipped but have received no answer and then found there was no way to call. And then found this site filled with similar complaints. I either want the grass trimmer I ordered or a refund! Update: I have received my order so thank you! I have unboxed it but haven't had time to try it out yet but am looking forward to doing so.

This company has to be a scam. All their product video reviews are AI generated. The product was not as displayed as on these AI videos. When trying to return the item, Vicky will intentionally delay replying to your messages so that it goes past the 1 month period. DO. NOT BUY FROM HERE.
