Since the double LED solar wall lamp is solar-powered, it doesn't add to my electricity bill. It's simple to use and helps cut down on costs.

All of the products I have ordered have arrived on time and work as advertised. Their cordless products are perfect for me and the jobs needed. I have ordered at least 5 of their products and have never been disappointed. Can’t speak for customer service because I’ve never needed them.

After a small issue that support resolved quickly, I can say this tiller is great. It's powerful enough for the job but still surprisingly lightweight.

I have just purchased my 2nd ItoolMax 3 in 1 Weed Eater. Was 100% satisfied with the first that lasted almost 3 years. This time I've had a special request as well for a different part, and Echo and the team completely understood the situation and made my life as easy as they could. They met my special request after my explanation and honestly, I can not recommend them enough! Great products, and GREAT customer service. Thank you ALL.

Thank you for your incredible loyalty and trust! We're thrilled that both the product and Echo's support have earned your repeat business. It's our pleasure to help. Happy trimming from the entire iToolMax team!

This 8-pack solar garden fence light feels quite sturdy, and I'm impressed that all of them still work great after two weeks of rain.

Had no problem with them getting back to me on my issue. Problem was solved within days. My only concern is that, I hate not talking to someone for issues. Emails take do much longer. But all in all very satisfied
Response from itoolmax.comSep 20, 2025
