itoolmax advertises a 30 day return, this is not true worst customer service I have ever witnessed. All they do is not respond and hope that you go away. I made the mistake of purchasing from this company before I checked out their reviews, I do not recommend this company at all!!!!

I ordered a 6 inch metal head trimmer for my iTool grass trimmer. I assumed because it was on their website it would fit the trimmer which it didn’t. After several emails to them about returning it I got no response from them. When I posted a negative review about the company I got an email from them telling me that the trimmer I bought would not work with their trimmer. They told me what trimmer head I needed and sent me an invoice for the price difference which is $10.99 more. They also said when I pay the price difference they will tell me how to shop the wrong trimmer head back and shop me the correct one. They also asked me to remove the negative review. In the meantime I found another trimmer head that works with my trimmer. I told I Tool that I have purchased a trimmer head from a different source and would like to return the one I have from them and receive a full refund. I have yet to hear from them. This is a shady company who has no ethical business practices, no direct way to communicate with them and only replies when they want to sell you something. If you need to return something you’ll never hear from them and you’ll eat the loss. This company has SCAM written all over it. Their products are cheaply made. Probably Chinese product rejects. By all means avoid this company. There are many other companies that are reputable and have great customer support and have a phone number that you can actually speak to someone there. Here you go I Tool Max you earned another bad review.

WARNING The Weed Eater SUCKS! ITOOLMAX Company is a SCAM! NO PHONE NUMBER TO REACH THEM! No branding logos on products. No customer service sticker on products with any phone or contact information. The Weed Eater SUCKS! Poorly made. Cheap! Replaced charger with a fully charged battery after (not even) 30 minutes of use. Even the Protection cover broke. Recharged the battery. Placed back into the weed eater. The weed eater stop working. Spent $300 bucks on iToolsMax site! ALL the three products I got for yard work are cheaply made. DO NOT PURCHASE from iToolMax. Their customer service doesn't respond in a timely matter and when they do they continue to ask the same questions. You do not hear from the same person twice. They DO NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE phone number. You cannot speak to a person. This should have been my RED flag. Make it yours and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Further to the reply below from itoolmax, I return to edit my evaluation. I cannot emphasise enough what I previously wrote. This company cannot be trusted. The goods are of poor quality, totally useless and the customer even worse. The so called "specialist customer service" is the complete opposite. The product I received arrived faulty. The guarantee means nothing as they do not reply to email, and there is no other way to contact them. DO NOT them with your cash.

I placed an order on 6-4-26. They have not shipped the item so I asked for a credit to be applied to the credit card and that has not happened either. $117.00 They took the money right away. This is 6-17-2026. Item not shipped to me and no correspondence telling me what the delay was. So I emailed them and asked for a refund. They in return offered me more blades for the tool, that I have not received because it has not been shipped to me.

I try to review good and bad. The good, it is lightweight. The bad. It didn't make one successful turn around my yard. The cutting blade bounced off a 1/2 in branch on the ground and lodged in the protective plastic cover. I'm hoping to salvage the batteries since I missed the return window by a few days. Their customer service is non-existent. My bad, I should have read reviews first.

I ordered a Toolmax cordless lawn mower (8.7-inch electric) in mid-May. It arrived without an aluminum tube necessary for assembling and using it. I have since sent at least 14 emails, two with photographs included (as they requested after the first email). After a couple of proforma responses, they stopped responding at all. Sending this heavy machine back at my own expense would increase my loss, and I have no trust that they would refund my money. Awful company.

Very hard to communicate with your company. I’m still waiting merchandise to be delivered. Ordered since 6/7/26 Order #239283
