We bought an outdoor lighting system in October of 2024, and it worked for about 10 months before it stopped working. I contacted ITOOLMAX to see if I could get a new power supply under warranty. They were very responsive and let me know that they would in fact honor the warranty and send me a new power supply. The communication as to the status of my order was very good. They went beyond my expectations.

Appreciate your feedback! Thrilled we honored the warranty, kept you updated, and went beyond what you hoped for with your lighting system.
