I bought a Panerai watch for my dad for his birthday. I wanted one specific watch at a good price and I searched and searcheddd! Then a friend recommended itmustbetime.com so I checked it out. My order was Hamilton Khaki Sunset And Twilight. Itmustbetime was the only website that had really one of this watch in stock. They answer very quickly to email question. They ship outside the US. I give only four stars because I had to wait 3 weeks to get my watch (but I guess that this former model had been a little bit hard). The watch was very well wrapped. My order was ORIS TT3 watch from the last ORIS collection. Pros: First of all I must say that guys have wonderfull stock - since i couldn't find this model on some other inet shops. And the other advantage is that they can ship outside the US. Prices in Russia are almost twice as high and I really saved a lot of money. Cons: Delivery seems to cost slightly higher than expected. Total: My price (together with delivery) is less than in Zurich duty-free with all possible discounts and tax returns :) I strongly recommend this company!

I order a Rado watch feb 14th and it said "in stock" on website. I was hoping at this time that I could received it before my girlfriend's birthday fev 26th. I got an e-mail saying that he had to order it an I should have it couple of day after the feb 26th. Why it's "in stock" and you have to order it?? I was disappointed but kept the order because the price was good with shipping to Montréal, Canada. I finally received the beautiful watch February the 9th to my door. I know that customs can delayed the delivery time in Canada but I did not have it for my girlfriend's birthday. Other that that Bobby gave a good customer service with fast answer by e-mail. You can easily reach him by phone. He called me to confirm my credit card number because I'm canadian buyer and wanted to have my item delivered in USA but they don't do that. The total amount was has he said and that's important for us Canadian buyers. I recommend this company.
