Good Plush, Bad Clothes
I received a mix of plushes and sweaters recently. Zero complaints about my plushes. But one of my sweaters came with a hole and was ridiculously oversized (I received a refund for this one), and the other sweater reeks of mothballs and it won't go away. Neither sweater came with instructions for how to wash/care for them. Their website provides no sizing guides for clothes, no care guides, and no way to rate or review products. tl;dr - mid-quality clothes for the price, high quality plush for a high price
