I thought I got a good deal, They never shipped my Chromebook that I ordered but the shipping manifest says it was shipped. When I tell them about it with a picture of the package that my ear phones came in as there was no way anyone could have even thought the packed a Chromebook in. It was oh it was shipped but it's lost and we don't have anymore (whatever). If that wasn't enough I received the ear pods and one of them do not work so I sent an email (as that's the only way to contact them) and I am still awaiting a response. So no I would not be ordering from them again nor would i recommend them. One positive is when I was emailing about the Chromebook they were pretty good with responding I guess they were just sick of me telling them stuff 🤷

Have not shipped my item yet. Unable to correspond with anyone. Someone emailed me after I complained on there site and said they are unable to locate address. Address is correct and have not heard back from anyone. No phone number to call. Will never deal with them again

Caveat emptor! They ship broken items out as 'refurbished', and expect the customer to be okay with the item missing pieces/parts and have broken outer casings. Then, when you complain, they state "it was clearly stated as 'refurbished'. When I buy refurbished, I'd expect a few scrapes or scratches, but not visibly missing, shattered, or broken parts that include keeping you from opening it up without doing even further damage. Shame on the company!

Bought iPhone charging cables(bundle of 3) and didn’t use it immediately upon receipt because had kept it as reserve. Finally when I had to use it to my surprise all 3 cables did not work. When contacted customer support they declined replacement, Sleazy company.

I ordered ear buds on May 17, but endured multiple problems with shipping, including they went to the WRONG STATE. I sent multiple emails to "Mary" in Customer Service, and she was always quickly responsive, but had troubles getting it all straightened out. When the buds finally arrived on June 11, I tried multiple times to sync them to my iPhone. One connected, but one never did connect. Now came more emails on how I could send them back for a refund. On June 25, I was told that my return arrived at the company and that my refund was processed. Fingers crossed until I see the bill!

Did not receive my item after a month. So asked for a refund. Got refund. Not Recommending this tie to anyone.

Purchased the Ring and it doesn’t come with all parts needed(SD card and batteries) missing parts are hard to find...useless to me now. Waste of 40.00

iTechDeals sent me an email on an excellent price on a HP Chromebook G3. So I ordered 3 of these. Nowhere on the site does it say these were refurbished and blimished. They came from a school with an engraved 4" stamp on the top side of these computers. All three were scratched beyond belief. On one of the computers the top screen was chipped. I actually had to go back and forth with customer care a few times and send pics. They told me I could return them for a 12 dollar restock fee and I not only had to pay to ship them back but they must receive it back within 14 days. Just be forewarned, the picture they show you may not be what you are receiving. Not even close. Stay away from these guys.
