I purchased a phone charger and it was the wrong kind for my phone. When I contacted customer service, they promptly gave me an RMA number to return the product. When they received it back at their warehouse, I received a full refund. I have purchased other tech tools from them and have never had any problems with the products or services. Reliable and dependable. Amy is a great customer service person!

Customer service is excellent! I thought I never received my order, but it was mistakenly delivered to my neighbors house. He eventually gave it to me. However, when I contacted customer service there records indicated that I received my order. The company was willing to ship me another item at no cost. Very pleased with their level of service (Amy).

I ordered an iPad for a Christmas present, when it came in, we realized it was an older version and would not work for the person we were giving it too. I emailed customer support and ask if I could return it. Amy answered me and said yes I could. She helped me through the process of returning the iPad. It did take some time but at no fault of hers.
