Ordered a refurbished iPad at a great price, thinking it would include the SIRI feature. Arrived on time, in great condition, but was disappointed to learn no SIRI. My fault for not doing more research before I ordered. iTech was willing to accept the return for a restocking fee and my payment of return shipping. Lesson: make sure you understand what you’re ordering. ITech processed my refund timely and did their part - no complaints.

Item I ordered didn't come for a long time. First comm was "we don't know you." Then Mary took over and got a refund of the full price for me. I had crossed them off my list, but I've started reading their updates again.

Had a issue with the order processing through. Charged my CC twice, but there was never an order confirmation and customer service had no record of my email address placing an order. Customer service was very helpful (but was email only so it took longer than a phone call would have) and figured out the issue, credited back where due, and fulfilled the missing order. Pretty painless overall and system issues happen. (Disclaimer: I'm an IT guy who has job security from these! :)

I've ordered many items from iTechDeals. I think they have some of the most unique items and the best prices. My last order included 3 lighted switch plate covers and one of them was broken upon arrival. I contacted customer support about it and was asked to send pictures of the item in question. Amy at customer service promptly responded and arranged for a new replacement to be sent ASAP.

Took a little while to get everything straightened out, but all is good. Mary in customer service was very helpful.

Mary did exactly what she said. I just wish that it didn’t have to be this way. The whole situation could’ve been avoided if I knew they would arrive w/o the box & the bag they came in wasn’t torn. It was an inconvenience.
