This company is a scam.. you order they take your money and never get a product.. any good reviews I'm sure are paid for ..

I purchased an Ipod Touch 16Gb on sale for $44.99. It stated that it was refurbished in like new condition. When I received it the screen has lots of scratches and scuff marks all over the screen and back. I requested a return and at first they wouldn't honor until I escalated it. When they finally honored it, they would not pay for the RMA return label which would cost around $6. So I would get a refund but I would take a loss in the shipping cost. DO NOT BUY FROM ITECHDEALS.COM. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND YOUR PRODUCT WILL COME IN D CONDITION IF REFURBISHED. Thank you,

ordered a chromebook from these people and when i got it couldn't get it connect to my wi-fi. contacted them and was told they didn.t offer tech support ?!?!? what ????? never heard from them again. i won't ever buy anything else from them.

I placed 2 orders 1 for smart plugs and charging cables for Ipads. It was a good price on the smart plugs so I placed a second order. The cables never worked and I got no response from the company to replace them. Right after I received the second smart plugs the first ones completely stopped working. I am getting no response whatsoever from customer service after contacting them twice. I contacted again today and will never order from them again.

Well, I ordered a "NEW" chromebook for an unbelievable price for my daughter. Said it usually mails out in 7 days. I contacted them on the status confirming its new and ready to mail out via email because they have no phone listed. The woman confirmed it was new and mailing shortly. After almost 3 weeks I get an email back saying it was out of stock returning my Paypal money. I said youve had my money for 3 weeks, if you want me to buy something else, how about a $20 credit for the inconvenience and the frustration. I just wanted them the opportunity to make it right. Still waiting for the reply.

My tracking didn't populate a tracking number not till 5 days later; even when I ordered almost 14 days ahead of time. Story short I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, Itechdeals.COM DID NOT CARE. I lost my money and never knew what the package look like even after sending 24 emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM, better off going to 5 and BELOW which is what I should have done from the beginning.

My husband & I bought a tablet after waiting 2 weeks before they even shipped it they sent the wrong charging cord so we cannot charge the tablet, been emailing them for 3 weeks they never get back to us, I am contacting the credit card company in the morning to dispute this charge, I have a tablet that I cant even use without a charging cord. This is the worst in customer service.

I just purchased a refurbished Apple watch off itechdeals.com 3 weeks before my wife’s birthday and got it a week later. Seemed like a good deal at the time – turned out NOT SO MUCH! If a badly scratched bezel is the definition of doing a good job of refurbishing such an item, then the definition must change. It would seem that Apple or whomever is doing the refurbishing would take the time to polish out all such scratches. Then on top of the bad refurbishing job, itechdeals.com sells it without checking out the quality of the items they’re pushing. When I got it, I immediately contacted itechdeals.com Support to get a replacement before the birthday – that was a TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. They gave me the ‘ol run-around delaying responses until my wife’s birthday had passed. Then saying I could return the product on my dime, paying for shipping and lose an additional 15% restocking fee. They do not support the products they push. I’d purchased some small ticket items from them in the past, such as cords, etc, but I’m DONE – I’LL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. WARNING – BUYER BEWARE – STEER CLEAR OF THEM.
