I have contacted iTechDeals repeatedly about spam emails and they have twice told me they would take care of it. I am still getting multiple emails every single day. Now they just ignore me when I ask them to stop. I never signed up. I've reported them to the FCC. I've posted it all over their Facebook page and I'll put it everywhere I can until they stop harassing me. If this is how they do business, I will never buy a single item. Their email also does not have an unsubscribe link. I have to go to their website to request it there. Nothing works.

Don't do it. I know it's tempting, the item you want for a low low price, but guess what? GARBAGE. You might as well light your money on fire. Do not buy from these scamsters. The end.

although the condition of the Item I purchased was beyond the parameters of refurbished and not something I would deem worthy of purchase, I was refunded half the purchase price and we were able to come to a resolution.

Bought a smart watch ..terrible watch!! Will not hold a charge. Customer service Is horrible.. can't get anyone to help me so on and so on... I didn't want to give them one star.. but that's the lowest it goes!!! not any one that will help me! Started emailing and all odd sudden they closed my cases!! Terrible people and watch!!!

Bought a refurbished Chromebook from iTechDeals.com. It arrived with a cracked case -- and was so old that the Chrome browser had expired so my 9 year old daughter (received as a Christmas gift) couldn't' watch Netflix or Disney +. Those companies said the browser was too unsafe to allow streaming since Google no longer updates it. I reached out to Jessica at customer support. She said a cracked computer case was "refurbished" and the item was non-defective even though the browser was expired. I told her that had ITechDeals fixed the case, it would have been refurbished -- but in its current condition, it was eWaste. iTechDeals refused to pay for return shipping of $32 -- so was out of pocket for that money. I will never buy from them again. They sell eJunk as refurbished. Be careful -- if you buy a Chromebook from them, you might get the cracked computer I just returned to them.

I purchased a tablet on 12/13. I just received an email today that the item was oversold but it still being sold on their website 12/23. Prior to getting that email I received 3 prior emails after contacting asking when my item would ship telling me that they are having shipping issues. I just got another email saying my order was refunded. I do not trust a company that lies to customers. If it was oversold then why is it still available for sale on the site. These people ruined Christmas for a 5yr old little girl.

DO NOT order from this place guys I’m telling you. My mom bought me a refurbished MacBook and could not get in contact with customer service. Both the keyboard and mouse do not work on the computer at all. It takes forever to load. This is so ridiculous right before Christmas too. This website is awful they should be ashamed of doing this to people.
