I purchased a hands free magnetic phone holder for my husband for Christmas. The adhesive on the back of the phone holder would not stick ti his dashboard. I sent an email to the company and was issued a refund after few emails between the company and myself.

I had generally good experience. A mistake did happen when I ordered and paid an item that turned out to be out of stock. This caused a delay, but it was resolved to mutual satisfaction.
