The product received was in very poor condition. However the return process was easy, even though a bit protracted.

I was kind of hesitant to buy from itechdeals, but if they could sell me a MacBook Pro for less than half of the retail price, it was worth the risk. To my pleasant surprise, the laptop did indeed arrive. It was used and had a dent in the aluminum, but the keyboard, trackpad and screen were all in perfect working order. I purchased one with an SSD, but the one that arrived had a 5400rpm HDD. I contacted customer service and they were very responsive (thanks Amy!!). They sent me a prepaid return label and RMA. Once they had confirmation of shipment they would send the replacement out. Will not hesitate to do business with itechdeals.com in the future.

Item is as described; refurbished, i.e. def not new, but well worth the dirt-cheap price. Customer service was very responsive. My only complaint is that it took about three weeks to arrive.

i purchased a refurbished laptop but received a damaged salvaged laptop instead. no refurbishment was made to the laptop. customer service was responsive, polite and helpful. i received my refund timely.

I received a charging cord that didn't work. I emailed them and they were very apologetic and are sending me a new one. There are so many good buys on this site, but I wanted to wait to see how customer service and products are before ordering other items. I am happy with their support team.
